How We Work With Your Wedding Photographer

How we share the space and the schedule with your photographer and videographer, what we coordinate before the wedding, and why the team works better when it talks to each other.

One team, not two competing services

The most common worry couples have is: "will you get in the photographer's way?" The answer is no — as long as there is coordination. The photographer and the content creator look at the same moment with a different eye: they look for the perfect image, we look for the authentic moment. When both know this in advance, each one makes the other's job easier.

What we coordinate before the wedding

  • Pre-wedding contact: a few days before the wedding we speak with your photographer and videographer, exchange the schedule and agree on the basics.
  • Sharing the stages: during the preparations, the ceremony and the party we know who directs and who documents — without stepping into each other's frame.
  • Audio: we coordinate with the DJ and the vendors so Stories and Reels have clean sound at the important moments.
  • The timeline: we know when the surprise moments are coming (first dance, bouquet toss, cake) so we are in the right position.

On the wedding day

Your photographer leads the directed shots — we never interrupt those. For the rest of the day we move discreetly: the laughter during the preparations, the guests' reactions, the behind-the-scenes that never fit in the official album. Often the photographer and we cover each other's gaps: while they set up the next shot, we capture everything in between.

Where we work

We are based in Thessaloniki and work with photographers across Greece: Halkidiki, Thassos, Corfu and wherever you invite us. If you do not have a photographer yet, we can suggest partners we know work seamlessly with us. Also see how a photographer differs from a content creator and the complete Thessaloniki guide.

Frequently asked questions

Will you get in my photographer's way?

No. We speak with the photographer before the wedding, agree on who takes which angle at each stage, and work at a different pace: they direct, we follow the flow.

Should I tell my photographer I have a content creator?

Yes — and we do it for you. A few days before the wedding we contact the photographer and videographer to coordinate.

Do you work with any photographer?

Yes. We have worked with dozens of photographers and videographers in Thessaloniki, Halkidiki, Thassos and Corfu — collaboration is part of our job.
